New DFA Records artist Planningtorock is set to release her debut record, W, in which she plans on releasing a 9″ single, fuck yo 7-inches son! Her first single is “The Breaks” in which you can see the video above, based on what I’m hearing she has a similar sound to that of The Knife, dark and melodic. This isn’t her first album though, her first coming in 2006 called Have It All, the newest album will be out on May 24th.
